Estou muito feliz em compartilhar com vocês a alegria que sinto em ser músico e tubista. A música sempre foi uma parte essencial da minha vida, e é através dela que encontro minha realização pessoal. Es ist offiziell: 2024 ist das Tuba Jahr! 💃🏻 Okay okay, es geht nicht um mich. Sondern um das Instrument des Jahres 🥹 Die Tuba wurde zum Instrument des Jahres 2024 gekürt und zu dem Anlass wurde zum Internationalen Tag der Tuba – zum 1. Freitag im Mai – das Tuba-Fest begangen – und ich war mittendrin 😭😅 Als ich zum Eröffnungskonzert des Berliner Tuba-Festes, ausgerichtet vom Deutschen Tubaforum in Kooperation mit dem Berliner Landesmusikrat, eingeladen wurde, war klar: das lasse ich mir nicht entgehen 😇 Also bin ich in die Moabiter Heilandskirche, habe zwei außergewöhnlichen Tuba-Ensembles beim gemeinsamen Musizieren lauschen können; virtuose Tuba-Kammermusik, Originalwerke ebenso wie spannende Bearbeitungen bekannter Kompositionen gehört, den Vorsitzenden des Tubaforums, Wolfram Krumme, sowie den Berliner Tuba-Schirmherren, Fabian Neckermann, kennengelernt und habe mich insgesamt einfach nur großartig amüsiert. 🥰 So viel Tuba an einem Abend, noch viel mehr Tuba in 2024 – ick freu mir 🥳 • #tubajahr #tuba #tubaforum #tubawiedasinstrument #findedietuba #

Para poder brindaros la mejor información y herramientas, os pido que completéis el test STAI, que es una herramienta para medir los niveles de ansiedad. ¿Qué es el test STAI? El test STAI, o Inventario de Ansiedad Estado-Rasgo, es un cuestionario que evalúa dos tipos de ansiedad: la ansiedad como un estado emocional transitorio y la ansiedad como una característica general de la personalidad. Completar este test me ayudará a entender mejor vuestras necesidades y ajustar el contenido de la masterclass que os voy a enviar. Además, quisiera contaros que esto es parte de mi Trabajo Fin de Máster sobre ansiedad escénica. Por eso, vuestra colaboración es fundamental para mí.
