This weekend, I took a pause ...a time to be totally present with my thoughts, my fears, and my dreams for the future. I canceled plans that I had already made to actually make room for myself. To allow my body and mind to rest. I had a conversation with a perfect stranger and was vulnerable. I have learned so much about myself since turning 50. It won't be long before I embrace 52, and I still find it unbelievable how quickly this life is passing me by. I promised myself that I won't allow missed opportunities to become regretful ones. Reflection time ... building a small biz and community of beautiful women who support me over the last few years has truly been a blessing. So many things I am grateful for. Personal growth has been in abundance and every day I learn more and more about my strengths and weaknesses. I work hard to juggle work life, personal life, maintain relationships and serve those who count on me.
