Elemental cleansing refers to the cleansing done with the help of the four elements (water, earth, fire, and air). First, you need to pack tarot in a waterproof container or bag. Then, simply place this container under running water for 15-20 minutes. Then, you can also take some soil and put it in a large vessel and to place your container in that vessel.
