The fact is, most of us wont be sleeping straight once we got home after shift. Instead, for me in particular, i will start to proccess whatever happened during shift, which it leads to erratic sleeping schedule. So, in order to catch up on lost sleep, i’ll usually be sleeping in until noon, and the cost for it is not having personal time on doing what i want to do, until i start to work on detachment. Detachment, a state of inner calmness and poise, and the ability not to let anything agitate oneself emotionally and disturb our mind. A healthy detachment creates space for a sense of objectivity that makes general productivity better. Being detach allow me to recognise, acknowledge, and let go of every emotions from work, without becoming consumed by it. Be unburdened by anything and truely, fully keep my own wellbeing in mind. With that said, that’s the reason I chose Giffard Crème de Cassis Impérial as the main flavour profile. The scent and sweetess of fresh blackcurrant, red fruits and spices tend to calm me while adding additional pleasent complexity. Sometimes it’s fine to spice up our life a little too. So, with the perfect component - Giffard Piment d’Espelette, strong aroma with warm spicy notes, it brings a full body structure to the drink. Last but not least, a hint of carbonation does add an effect of blunting the sweetness.
