Session India Pale Ale - @svyturysutenosalus 🇱🇹 Máme tu poslední zastávku na naší pivní cestě pobaltím. Poslední pivovar, od kterého jsme si dovezli pivo k ochutnání je pivovar Švyturys. Jedná se o druhý nejstarší pivovar v Litvě. Byl založen roku 1784, nachází se v přístavním městě Klaipėda, kde jsme pivo prvně ochutnali s klasickým litevským pokrmem zeppelinas a tradiční studenou polévkou z červé řepy a kopru. Dnes pateří do holdingu skupiny @carlsberg Jdeme na to! Piv je 7 a první je klasická IPA...podle dobré IPy poznáte pivovar! Vůně je svěží a citrusová. 🍋🍊 Pěna drží a barva je světlá se zákalem. Hořkost je nižší-střední. Chuť je parádně svěží, suchá, se štavnatými tóny grepu a pomela. Obsah alkoholu je 5.0% a prochmelen je odrůdou Sabro. Subjektivně - Velmi svěží a lehký citrus-based session IPA. Nemá chybu...tím navazujem na velmi chutná piva od tohoto pivovaru, která jsme konzumovali přímo v Litvě. MONDO WEST COAST SESSION IPA, a Session IPA by @mascotbrewery is brewed with CASCADE, CENTENNIAL and AMARILLO hops. A sessionable west coast pale ale with lots of flavour but less alcohol. This pours a cloudy bronze color with a foamy white head. Aroma's you get floral hoppy, maltiness on the nose with hints of citrus. Taste you have orange with a piney hoppiness and earthy, floral flavors with hints of citrus. Light but still has a bitterness but not overwhelming. Dam good beer on a surprise find at my local @thebeerstoreon !
