First, I wanted to share my #intentionalliving results for September. 🥁Lots of lessons, new disciplines, a few bumps along the way but all in all, a great month! 😀 ▪️ #physical - rocked all my goals!👍 🍎Daily apple 💊Vitamins 🐕 20-40 minute walk ☕️ Alternating nettle and rosehip🌹teas 🦷 Daily flossing ▪️ #mental - rocked ‘em all, mostly 😉 Instead of finishing 2 books📚 , I’m halfway into 3! 🙏 Meditations was a challenge. I didn’t get into a 3Xdaily groove. If I’m being honest, I meditated once a day for probably half a month. That’s 15 more times than the last month, right?! 😀 I kept up with my mentorship meets and and am continuing two coaching programmes. ▪️ #spiritual - ✅ Intentional daily prayer ✅ Daily gratitude (not in writing 🤦♂️) ✅ Dedicated time with the BIG MAN ▪️ #family - Did all the dates! That’s a first! The rest was a hodgepodge!! I’m working on self-control, responding vs reacting, and intentionally giving genuine compliments. We definitely reduced our time with electronics. 📺📱Overall a win in my books! ▪️ #financial - I invested and donated 10% of my income. ▪️ #business - I’m on track. ▪️ #social - I bought a random stranger coffee ☕️ but never ended up connecting with 3 friends I haven’t spoken to in 6 months. ▪️So that concludes my results. October, here I come! I’m grateful for intentional living, you guys for humouring me with comments, likes, and for keeping me accountable, even if it’s indirectly. ▪️Finally, my AMAZING wife got me a birthday gift a little while ago that involved driving super cars 🚘 from Vancouver to Whistler. This was one of the pit stops along the way! Ferrari F430 Berlinetta, Porsche Cayman GT4, Audi R8, Acura NSX, and the Corvette Stingray. A shout out to Tom @scenicrush for a great experience! For Father’s Day my dad and I often go to a classic car show together. He’s a big car and motorcycle nut, and we enjoy doing this annual tradition together. This year in sticking with the car theme, I surprised him by arranging for him to drive a Ferrari F430 Berlinetta up the beautiful Sea to Sky Highway with Scenic Rush. It was such a fun experience for both of us and I couldn’t recommend it more for all the car lovers out there.
