We really enjoy our new home The coming week our Meowmy and Pawpy have to work. But Meowmy isn't home. Thats why Meowmy is a bit nervous cause we're not long enough here for her. But she have to go! Hi Everyone! Teytey Update: Rescued 09/03/23 TayTay Rizal, Ph Teytey eyes might be a tumor that grows on his right eyeball or an eye infection that grows tissue or muscle on it. This can be determined exactly by a biopsy, which costs 5,000 and will give the result after 30 days. There are two other options provided: an operation to remove the eye, which costs 4,300,or chemotherapy to see if it will shrink the lump and save the eye since the eyeball is still moving and I opted for the chemotherapy. He's done with his first chemotherapy for this week and will be back next Friday. Chemotherapy cost 1,500 + doctors fee of 250. 4 meses de Nero, Sil e Luna Carocha. Definitivamente o Nero é o mais sociável, a Sil não só é parecida com mãe na pelagens como no comportamento esquivo, elas as duas parecem mais próximas. Planeio a mudança para Outubro, tenho de assegurar algumas mudanças em casa. Espaços seguros e altos e forma da Petty não fuçar no sanitário. Nothing feels better than getting snuggles from these two incredibly handsome boys. Have you met Sammy? He's the kitty who was found terrified and suffering from severe infection in both of his eyes. At the time he was found, both eyes had ruptured from infection. A full enucleation had to be performed on both eyes. Have you met Alistor Moody? He was one of our TNR kitties who became a permanent member of our family. Mr. Moody only has one eye. Multiple vets have confirmed that the missing eye was removed surgically. This means that he had a family and was loved before being dumped. Self care is essential for our well-being. From the woods to a cozy home! 😻 Look at Cleo now, enjoying her view every day! But her journey wasn't easy! Like many rescued kitties, she had unaddressed health issues when she arrived at their furrever home. Thankfully, her loving furmom has been taking ameowzing care of her sweetheart since! 🙌 "She was terrified when I brought her here. Long story, but 6 months later, she now follows me around like a little dog. Gets a little closer all the time. But I can't touch her. She is horrified when she sees hands. I give her those squishy treats and my hand is practically in her mouth at the end. I get a little lick even. So I can't take her to the vet. Or even have one come here yet. ⭐THE KITTEN NURSERY GRADUATING CLASS of 2022 ⭐ As the year comes to an end, I'd like to introduce the 2022 graduates. Everyone is healthy and happy in their furever homes. I love getting updates and hearing stories about all of my former fosters. We also had a couple of losses, a first for us. Miss Moufette, she fought so hard but unfortunately the Universe had other plans for her. She was meant to be an angel. She is not forgotten. We also got news that Darius, from the 2021 class was taken tragically and unnecessarily due to carelessness. He is not forgotten. A year ago, these kittens came into our home—- cold, starving, full of fleas. After the first night of keeping them warm and fed I realized I was not foster mom material. There was no way I could give them up for adoption because my daughters and I have fallen deeply in love with them overnight. We named them after the main characters of How to Train Your Dragon. Well, because Toothless looked like Toothless the Dragon, Astrid was already feisty and fierce back then, and Hiccup was clumsy. A month later, Hiccup’s clumsiness turned out to be a neurological disorder and he died in my arms after a seizure. I’d like to think we gave him love and comfort in the short time he had with us. A year later, here we are— one big happy and content family, thankful for the simple things in life that make it worthwhile.

Met Panda a couple of week ago when I went to photograph #rescuedkitties who were losing their homes in August due to the government designating a new use for the land their shelter is currently on. Panda was a lovely chill kitty, allowing me to pet him and "disturb" him for the photos and videos for his adoption profile. He never once showed his annoyance even though I was sticking my camera in his face a lot. Panda was given up by his owners and has spent quite some time at the shelter and I could see it on his face that he longed for a hooman and a home to call his own. ⭐FORGIVING FRIENDS with LITTLE GIRL AND FORREST GUMP⭐ We had some intense drama last night. I was going into the nursery to spend some time with the babies and saw Little Girl and Forrest Gump playing tug of war with a toy in the living room. I thought it was so sweet because Little Girl has been so upset since Nina and Nelson left. It was nice to see her playing with her big brother. About twenty minutes later I heard blood curdling screams from the living room. I run out and Forrest had one of his claws stuck in Little Girl's stump. She's pulling away, he's pulling away in the other direction, the claw was going in deeper. She's screaming. Forrest is screaming. I'm screaming. I finally managed to get a hold of Forrest and unhook him. She was okay, but poor Forrest went and hid like he did something bad. 😕 I've been neglecting cutting their claws. I've been so focused on Nina and Nelson are the other babies that every night I would get into bed and remember I was going to do a mani-pedi day and say to myself 'tomorrow'. It ended okay though. After a while Forrest came out and snuggled up beside his baby sister.
