Well this little piggy was never going to market. *Scroll for another picture if you're interested!* I want to be more like the mum my mother was. She was creative, artistic, imaginative. Especially with food. She was an amazing vegetarian chef, a lover of animals and all things kind! Anyway so obviously I'm not mum, and no where near as talented- but I tried. Kids loved them. If you'd like to know what I used as filling, here's a bit of a run down. In my true 'normal' style I forgot an ingredient but you know what- they turned out ok! Soy-sage non pig roll ingredients: Lentils, mixed veg, 'veef braised brisket' (I chopped super small so it was like mince) *I'd normally use TVP but we were out. Potato flakes, ground hempseed, ground linseed, I forgot bread crumbs (but obviously didn't need them!) spices/herbs etc to taste, soy and Worcestershire. I used pre-rolled frozen pastry because obviously I'm super lazy. I used a little water to form the right consistency. PLEASE READ: Lately Swiss Roll has been really harassing Marble Cake, and Muffin has started to kind of ignore her and just be with Swiss Roll. It has me really concerned because I feel this is making Marble even more scared and depressed (She's been curling up in the cozy and just laying on the plushie bear for hours) but if I separate her from Muffin and Swiss Roll she begins to move and eat and drink normally. I know dominance competition happens but I feel this is now just downright dislike and bullying. Mommy seems to keep upgrading our house each year. First we had the Livewell or whatever in 2013/most of 2014 but the cheap plastic broke, then we got downgraded to an even smaller cage temporarily to mid-2015, then got the nice Midwest.
