One of the best parts is a huge diorama with model trains and shinkansen running all around Japan. I watched it for ages (there's even a Dr Yellow!). I almost forgot to share the bonsai project I worked on with my close friend and super talented photographer, Maria. We went to Nagoya city to try a Bonsai workshop and learn about Nagoya’s tea culture. While most people are familiar with matcha tea ceremonies, Nagoya’s senchadō, focusing on sencha leaf tea, was even more popular during the Edo period. Tea ceremonies always went hand in hand with admiring bonsai trees. I wish we had more peaceful moments like that nowadays 😌 A big thank you to Bonsai artist Fujiwara-san and the organizers of the tour ‘Bonsai & Sencha Tea Experience: Pastime of the Literati’. じゃばらで花粉症予防はいかがでしょうか？ Jabara is good for pollen allergy じゃばらはもともと和歌山県北山村のみで栽培されていました。まちおこしで飴、ジュース、ゼリー、ポン酢等が作られています。 最近ではあちこちで栽培されているようです 皮はそれほど美しくなく、少し苦いのですが、 【良薬口に苦し】ですね 年末に沢山いただいたので早速、蜂蜜漬けにしました。 じゃばらにはナリルチンという物質が含まれていて、これが花粉症の予防になるそうです。特に皮にはジュースよりも、沢山のナリルチンが含まれているのです。 私は毎日、シロップをお湯で割り、それに蜂蜜漬けのじゃばらを入れて、飲みながら食べています。それほど苦みは感じません。そのせいか、まだ花粉症の症状は出ていません。 今月から蔵クッキングの生徒さんにも飲んでいただいています。（勿論、皮も食べていただいています） 皆さんも、じゃばらを見かけたら是非、蜂蜜漬けを作ってみて下さいね。ヒタヒタに蜂蜜を入れて一ヶ月置くだけですから簡単にできますよ！ #じゃばら #Jabara#じゃばらの蜂蜜漬け #Jabarahoney#ナリルチン#花粉症予防 #instafood #foodpicks #Byfood #nagoyaisnotboring #kuracooking #cookingschool#蔵クッキング#蔵クッキング #料理教室#体にいいもの #healthyfood
