Sourdough Saturday! Not every attempt is a success! The cinnamon sugar butter mixture in the dough dripped into the oven, which caused a lot of smoke, the fire department coming to our house, and a burnt loaf! However, we learn from our mistakes! I turned the rest of the dough into small cinnamon sourdough rolls! Josiah still got a plain sourdough loaf, and I will be attempting a different cinnamon sourdough variety next, with hopefully no fire department involved!
