We’ve had a few questions about how our online booking works and our cancellation policy lately, so here are the top 3 FAQ asked and the answers! 1). Will my card be charged, am I paying for the service by putting my card on file. A: Nope! The card on file is specifically for our cancellation policy. Which states that if you “No call/No Show your appointment” you will be charged $40. 2). Can I use a gift card to book my appointment online? A: No you cannot. In order to book online we will need a credit card on file, in case of the No call/No show situation stated above. Our therapists can’t rebook that time and are out the funds they would make on the service if you don’t make your appointment. 3). Is my credit card number used without my permission? A: Absolutely not! If you’d like to use the card you have stored on file to pay for your appointments you absolutely can, otherwise that card is only used to secure your appointment.
