DROPWORKS 🎨💦 @dropworks.distillery The largest rum distillery in Europe (located in Nottinghamshire’s own Welbeck Estate) is pumping out some pretty funky stuff. 🍹 I have to admit, when I first had their rum about a year ago I really wasn’t a fan. So coming into this tasting I was sceptical but open-minded. It is safe to say they have improved dramatically since last time, and I enjoyed every single one of their range (except their elusive ‘Super Funk’ which I am yet to get my hands on. I WILL get it…one day…🙏) Out of Clear, Spice, Funk, and Dark: Dark was definitely my favourite. Pure smooth caramel flavours with some amazing dark fruits and blackcurrant flavours. Head to @thehockleyartsclub and you can taste the range and try some specially made cocktails using Dropworks Rum. * 🍓Berry Spice Sour: Spice Drop, Black Raspberry, Cranberry, Lemon & Vanilla. * 🍍Tropical Drop: Clear Drop, Melon, Pineapple, Apple, Lime & Pomegranate. (MY FAVE. Feels like you’ve been transported to a tropical beach resort 🏖️ ) * 🌩️Stormy Highlander: Dark Drop, Ginger Liqueur, Whiskey, Aged Bitters & Sugar.
