Frog Legs Escargot / Green Pea / Yellow Wine   Coated in a light tempura batter and rolled in panko breadcrumbs, then fried and seasoned with fried Garlic, a hint of Brittany curry, and Lemon zest. On the side, you will find an Escargot Gyoza Dumpling stuffed with diced Escargots pan fried in brown Butter, Garlic and Thyme, mixed with local Watercress, Green Pea purée and a mixed of diced vegetables, cooked in yellow wine and Sherry Vinegar.
