DIY FAERY FIRE PIT | Herbal Incense Burner You heard me right. If you don't have an incense burner handy and you need one in a pinch, this simple little construction, that takes two minutes to make, will make your herbal-incense burning experience into the equivalent of a tiny campfire for the smaller of the fae who assist you in your magickal workings. (And trust me, they'll adore it as much as you do.) With or without charcoal, (a piece of white sage on the bottom will keep the herbs on top of it going for a few minutes) your little fire pit will be sending up swirls of wonder, and filling your home or sacred space with the scents and energies that you choose. Without burning your house down or shattering a jar, or some other makeshift mishaps of tiny fire play. (We've all been there. 😂) How do you make it? You only need two things: A brick, or flat rock... and a handful of smaller rocks. This one, created spur of the moment, by instinct, was a cement brick and a handful of gravel. Doesn't get much more simple than that! Build a circle with the stones, just as you would for a campfire outside, and be sure to use it responsibly. (It helps to imagine you're tiny and standing next to it. Don't build too high or blow too hard, or you'll burn your tiny face off. 😅) And voila!
