Tried the Great Maple at the Paradise Pier Hotel. It was pretty good, just know the portions are typical huge American size. We went for dinner, but they do serve brunch all day, so we did get one brunch item 😁. I started with a white peach Bellini, wasn’t very peachy though, but it was strong. For our meals, we got the ribeye sandwich, recommended by our server, and the smoked bacon scramble. Both were very good, but the sandwich was a lot of food, definitely shareable. Finally ate at Jazz Kitchen for the first time. We had the Shrimp Remoulade Stuffed Avocado and Couscous Jambalaya as well as some birthday beignets. 😋🥳 The couscous jambalaya was really good. The shrimp remoulade was just ok; the stuffed avocado was just the shrimp remoulade on top of each avocado half, STIILL IN THE SKIN!! I was not too impressed with that.
