ad/gifted ⚫️ I was so happy when @unboxnowuk and @comerounduk asked us to try out Azul. It’s a game Chris has been asking me to pay forever so this was a great excuse to do so. Turns out I love it, so I wish I had played it much sooner. The rules are so easy to get on board with and it’s a nice passive game where you aren’t able to interfere with the other players (I absolutely hate that in a game) so this was perfect. The board is so pretty and the tiles are great quality. 10/10, will play again, probably a lot. 8+ years is recommended so I’m keen to give this one a try with Bella. Each game took about 20-30 minutes (and we were beginners) for us as 2 adults so I think this is perfect amount of time to keep her attention before she loses interest. #azulgame #comeround #unboxbowuk

It’s a fairly quick game to play so we keep sneaking a game in whenever we can! . The aim of the game is to collect tiles from the round factory display discs to enable you to place full rows of tiles on the wall on the right side of the board. As well as deciding what to do with your own tiles it’s a good idea to keep an eye on other players tiles to help you decide what your next move will be. The twist is when you add up extra bonus points at the end of the game so sometimes it’s a real surprise to find out who the winner is. Great game, I definitely recommend it. Who else enjoys a good strategic game? I was lucky enough to be sent Azul to try and I am actually obsessed with it 🫣. It’s such a great strategic game. I’ve even downloaded the app to play. John and I have spent a couple of evenings playing this instead of having the TV on and it’s been lovely. If you enjoy games like Catan, you’ll love this!! It’s quick and easy to set up and rounds are fast paced. The game is easy to learn, but offers a surprising amount of depth and strategy. The game components are high quality, with beautiful tiles and a sturdy game board. Today I teamed up with Eve and we played against her Grandpa. According to the manual, Eve is too young to play but she loved it!!! She was keen to select the tiles and placed them in the right squares. #ad #gifted What's in the box. So here it what comes in the Azul game box. Detailed instructions along with well made board, beautiful tiles and a lovely bag to keep them in. The game is easy to set up and circles in the middle for the tiles vary depending on how many are playing it. The idea of the game is to get the tiles from the middle and fill your blank 1-5 spaces. You want to try and get the correct number otherwise you lose points so you need to be careful what you pick. Once you pick the rest go in the middle and you can pick from the middle on your turn. If you get more than needed you will have to put them at the bottom of board and lose points. Once they are all done you can then put full rows onto the patter wall on the board. Now this where you have to be careful as you don't want the same one. Such a fun game and we had lots of fun. We did get a bit confused with the scoring but I think we have got the hang of it now. She's also very happy there was a sticker set that came with it for her to decorate the icecream shop herself, which she took great care in doing. Lovely Mother’s Day afternoon with my wonderful mum and my beauty who made me a mum 💕💕 Sunday roast followed by fun games afternoon thanks to @comerounduk and @unboxnowuk 🥰 It’s our third time playing it now and although I don’t think any of us have worked out a strategy yet for winning, we’ve fully grasped the rules and even Immy has got the hang of it! We love the different stages of the game, which helped to break it down and the process of creating the tiled wall and trying to get the additional bonus points made it lots of fun.
