Choose Easter treats with less (or no) packaging to reduce the amount of waste we send to landfills and the amount of energy and materials we use to generate our foods. 2. Consider the quantity of items you're buying – are you getting more than you need? 3. Choose sustainable alternatives for decorations and table settings. 4. Recycle your Easter egg foil wrappers - yes, they’re recyclable! However, small pieces of aluminium foil aren’t large enough for the recycling process, so scrunch all the pieces together in a ball before recycling. You might want to place a bowl on the table to collect everyone’s wrappers. Really pleased with these items I collected from the most recent clothing exchange. I take a bag for life full and bring home a bag for life full. I choose to wash and remove any stains, line dry then iron if necessary before trying anything on. I'll return items that are in perfect condition but don't fit me. The trainers are virtually new, just needed a hoover and wipe down. I got that "love these" feeling as soon as I tried them on. Then I googled to check they were actually for women. The blouse is a nice weight and comfortable, the jumper, as new, will be for everyday wear. I picked up a couple of items for my husband too and a few pieces I binned.
