Wenn Vata Dosha bei dir vorherrscht, dann solltest du unbedingt diese Tipps beachten! Regelmässigkeit und eine auf dich abgestimmte Tagesstruktur geben dir Sicherheit und Geborgenheit und signalisieren deinem Gehirn, es ist alles ok. Dein Energiehaushalt wird dadurch geschont, was sehr wichtig ist, denn Vata Frauen haben in der Regel nicht so viel Energie. Beruhigende Techniken, wie Yoga, Meditation, aber auch TaiChi oder Qigong solltest du unbedingt regelmässig integrieren. Es erdet dein luftiges Wesen und bringt Stabilität in deinen Alltag. Öle dich regelmässig, die Wechseljahre bedeuten auch Trockenheit im Körper. Da das Vata Dosha ja eh schon zu Trockenheit neigt, verstärkt sich das in den Wechseljahren zusätzlich. Deine Nahrung sollte warm, auch hier regelmässig und gehaltvoll sein. Koche mit Ghee und gib auch mal eine Extra Portion über deine Mahlzeit. Nimm Datteln, Rosinen und Honig zu dir. Und wenn du Milch trinkst, dann mache dir auch öfters mal eine Schlafmilch. The spring is kapha season, a season with qualities in nature that are cool, heavy, wet, slow and steady. Ayurveda is the extraordinary mind-body medicine of India with its great yogic spiritual tradition, a tremendous resource for bringing wholeness to all levels of our existence. It is one of the world’s oldest and most complete systems of natural healing. According to Ayurveda, the human body is composed of three fundamental categories called Doshas: vata (air/ space) pitta (fire/water), kapha (earth/ water) this three need to be in balance, but sometimes because of our habits, we have more abundance of 1-2. As they move into and out of balance, the doshas can affect your health, energy level, and general mood. That’s why we want to tell you about some of the ayurvedic physical treatments to help balance the doshas. The Pancha Karma, is the main Ayurvedic method of physical purification. This requires a period, generally a minimum of 7 days, of daily oil massage (snehana) and steam therapy (svedana), as some massages with herbs, and natural medicines, depending of your needs and the recommendation from the ayurvedic doctor. Quem é Inês Vasconcelos? Nascida em Vila Nova de Gaia, enfermeira há 16 anos, vivi em Londres 12 anos, adoro viajar, conhecer novas culturas e foi numa viagem à India 2019 que conheci o Ayurveda e a minha vida mudou. Em 2018 fui diagnosticada com uma doença auto imune em que me foi dito que o único tratamento era tomar um comprimido para o resto da vida, em busca de toda a informação sobre a doença e o que poderia fazer para me sentir melhor. Decidi me despedir do meu emprego e ir viajar 3 meses e foi a melhor decisão que fiz na vida. Foi nessa viagem, na India que conheci o Ayurveda e foi com o Ayurveda que me comecei a entender, a olhar para mim e a me cuidar e a me sentir muito melhor fisicamente, psicologicamente e comigo mesmo. Esta viagem foi o momento de mudança em que quis aprender tudo sobre esta medicina e fazer do meu propósito levar o Ayurveda a todas as pessoas.
