Today I had my last 2 photoshoots of the year and wow, what a year it has been. The last 3 months have been the busiest & most overwhelming months I have experienced in my business but my heart is full of complete gratitude! My business truly flourish the last 3 months and I couldnโt believe it. It was like a dream. I do everything myself with my business, I do not outsource anything and I do it all while being a mom, wife, working full time at Chick-fil-A Mount Dora and let me tell you, I was stretched thin but in the best way. ๐ฉท I had many repeat clients this year, lots of new ones, new themed shoots, many new forever connections & more. Some photoshoots I leave and Iโm in aw because I was able to capture so many precious memories for families & to hear so many stories that leave me with tears & goosebumps. Iโm grateful for all that God has done for me & my business this year. I pray my businesses momentum keeps going the way it has been to continue to grow and be one step closer to do this full time. The Dagen family holds a special place in my heart! โค๏ธ I met Stephanie and her sweet son Harrison at my first Toddlers of Lake County photo shoot event October of last year. He is the sweetest, cutest little boy and he melted my heart everytime he would say โCHEESE!โ I would see them at all the TLC events I would go too and he would always come up to me and say Hi! This is my 3rd or 4th time photographing Stephanie & Harrison and Iโm so glad Stephen (Stephanieโs husband) was able to join this time!! This photoshoot was absolutely beautiful. The lighting, the weather, the signs from her rainbow daughter in heaven, all of it. Stephanie & I both shed a few tears. 1 year ago Tess with TLC - Toddlers of Lake County asked me to help last minute (literally less than 24 hours notice) with a family photoshoot event. I immediately said yes and was excited! That was the first time I met Tess, did someone for the community for my business and took a leap of faith. God was pushing me in the right direction that I needed for my life & business. That one opportunity changed my life & my business. Because of that ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ I grew my business, I created close friends that I have been praying for, connections with the community and most importantly, it showed me my purpose as a family photographer. Itโs hard as a new photographer in the area to get people to notice your business & to trust you. There are SO many other amazing other photographers in lake county itโs really ๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ to get your name out there. Sometimes you doubt yourself. But because Tess reached out to me, trusted me, it poured into my business at the right time in my life. A year later, Iโm having repeat clients book sessions with me because they met me at that ONE event I said yes too. Tess is absolutely amazing. This morning I was able to watch the TLC - Toddlers of Lake County Turbo Tots Team run their cross country meet! Amazed on how all of the kiddos finished strong and I was truly in awe on how fast some of them were at such a young age! I can not wait to have Grace join in the spring!!
