Sometimes you just have to roll the dice, trust your hand, and play the cards given to you. Life has been much like that of late and this weekend was no exception. Heading to Disney for less than 48 hours may seem wild and crazy (it is 🤪) but it was so needed and BEYOND enjoyed! From venturing to Batuu for May the Fourth and all the craziness that went along with it to seeing familiar faces and hanging with the best of friends to hugging a Wookiee, flexing with one sassy droid, a boatload of firsts and of course some faves, catching a super cool intern jamming out in Dinoland, and everything in between… this weekend was AMAZING and underscores how much I love this place. It isn’t about the updates, fancy tech, new merch and food offerings, or rare characters appearing, it’s about the people, the bonds, and the memories forged that make it feel more like home than anywhere else in the galaxy. #CelebrationParty at @disney #hollywoodstudios was everything!!! We started by claiming Landon’s 1st visit badge and then went straight to #GalaxysEdge Seeing the #Milleniumfalcon was super overwhelming. It a good way!! I mean the detail 🤯🤯🤯 #SmugglersRun was so much fun. I was gunner 1st and engineer on a another round. #ToyStoryLand was something else. The details there made you truly feel like a toy. We got to ride #SlinkyDogDash 4 times in a row!!!!!!!!! Landon was in heaven!!!!! The DJ had music going, Landon was dancing and having a good time! And his buddy Aaron was able to join us, so that was great! To have a whole park not open to the public and just for a certain group, made such a huge difference. It felt personal and it made Landon feel so special!!!! He deserved it! He made the climb at Summit!!
