✨If you were to choose one word or phrase to sum up your year, what would you say? ✨For me, 2022 has been the year of personal growth. If I reflect back to my intentions, focus and goals at the start of the year- I would have never anticipated that things would have unfolded in the way they did. The connections I’ve made. The relationships I’ve formed. The actions I’ve taken outside of my comfort zone. The expansion in my business. The embodiment and energy I’ve stepped into. This was growth. In so many new ways. ✨2022 was a year of a lot of learning. So many things came to light- in regards to how I let others treat me, how I let my limiting beliefs dictate my behaviours, how I asserted myself. I was having a deep chat with a close friend the other night and I described 2022 as the chrysalis and emerging phase of a butterfly. This year was a year of truly letting go and making space for the new. ✨Next phase- is the emergence of the butterfly. We finally emerged from our nest today and took Nalu for his first visit to mama ocean.
