Il doit également prévoir un local permettant l’accueil des travailleurs dans des conditions préservant leur sécurité et leur santé : à défaut d’un tel local, des aménagements horaires de chantier doivent être prévus. En cas de déclenchement par Météo France de la vigilance rouge dans un département, l’employeur doit réévaluer quotidiennement les risques d’exposition pour chacun de ses salariés en fonction de l’évolution de la température et de la nature des travaux à effectuer. Si les précautions prises sont insuffisantes pour garantir la santé et la sécurité des travailleurs, l’activité doit être suspendue. Concernant le secteur du BTP, les employeurs peuvent bénéficier du dispositif « intempéries ». Fireworks also can get cancelled a little more readily due to dry weather in California for safety reasons obviously.
