It's been interesting exploring this concept of Slow Motion in all of its glory. Examining my relationship with taking it easy and being in a flow state. Taking a lot more deep breaths. Doing yoga for exercise. Taking more time to cook supper and to enjoy eating it. Relaxing because I need to and relaxing because I want to.
And when I feel resistance to feeling good, I ask myself "what would someone who loves themselves do?" 🥰😉

I often fall victim, deep into the illusion, that doing more will automatically make bigger and better things happen. But that's not exactly how it all works. Instead of always trying to achieve, why not balance it out by opening your space to receive 🙌

Maybe we've got one life. Maybe we've got an infinite amount of lives to live...
Either way, TODAY is what we know we have for sure.
And today, Tom and I are enjoying it all in Slow Motion 🌊🌝♈
