The most growth in my own experience has come from the tough and difficult times, not from when life was running along perfectly.
We are all human.
Nobody is perfect all the time.
Being real and keeping it real creates a connection to each other that displays of perfection could never achieve
Growth is tough and messy.
Have your own measure of what a good day feels like for you.
Just keep going one step at a time in the right direction.
