After 2 weeks of suffering through seasonal allergies, I started to feel some relief…until a sinus infection leveled up. So after 5 days of antibiotics and absolutely zero movement, I ran today. My last long run before next week’s @clevemarathon and it was a solid 8 miles of neighborhood hills.

The first 4 miles happened under blue, sunny skies. The last 4 saw grey clouds move in and rain sprinkles started just as I finished. Within 10 minutes it was a chilly downpour, so I’m thankful I got out when I did!

Our son had some friends over to celebrate last week’s birthday, so I put together a collection of everyone’s favorite snacks and treats…and tried to stay away from it. I failed 🤣
