🥩 Classic Carnivore Diet Experience 🥩<br /><br />Pictures on the left were taken Monday morning, pictures on the right were taken Friday morning. I did not continue the diet for the duration of Friday, but wanted the day-after picture for comparison purposes. Swipe to the end to see weight loss numbers. <br /><br />I think the results were impressive! I can tell a difference in the before and after pics, can you? I could feel a difference in my body. But FYI the Monday morning picture was taken after a weekend bender of drinking and eating (not-so-low-carb), so the pictures might be a little skewed. I only did 5 days, so I’m sure my body would have continued to lean out if I did more. I felt more focused, and genuinely less hungry throughout the day. <br /><br />Overall, this way of eating is not for me. My energy level was low. I could have done a better job managing my food intake, which would have helped me maintain better energy levels, but I jumped into this not really knowing all the things. To live is to learn! I eat a lot of green veggies, so cutting those were extra tricky for me. Full disclosure: the classic carnivore diet gave me diarrhea. Alcohol isn’t included in the carnivore diet, so my social life was non existent.
