God has given each of you a gift from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God Himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to Him forever and ever! Amen. (1 Peter 4:10-11)
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. (James 1:17)
All gifts and blessings God has given us, we have to use them well as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. From His gift of salvation, righteousness, forgiveness, peace, love, and joy, and even material things.
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I, Jesus, have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. (John 10:10) The thief, usually satan or the evil one, want to steal, kill, and destroy all the gifts God has given us specially His word of salvation. That's why we need to be established in God's word, grace, and love. We need His words and truths to grow deeper in our hearts and minds so that the enemy cannot easily taken them away from us.
So whatever God has given us, His rest, freedom, love, peace, and joy. Use them well to serve on another in love for His glory! Be generous, for God loves a cheerful giver. And whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.
