I actually very rarely post about being on @btobirds’s youth advisory panel (YAP), which is sort of surprising considering it’s a HUGE part of my life, and has been for years now!
But being part of YAP & helping engage young people with ornithology is SO important to me - and, as anyone who’s chatted to me for 5 minutes knows, I absolutely love birds & scicomm, so I feel very lucky to be part of such an amazing group of young people (some of who are pictured here!) ❤️
One of the reasons YAP & the youth programme have absolutely flourished over the last few years is down to the amazing @fayenames - she definitely doesn’t give herself enough credit - so thank you Faye. 💚
