Flippen Eck what a week that finally came good.
Running been hard this week, but managed to get out Tues,Wed,Fri and today.
So close to not going today... Stomach playing up this morning, BUT I missed last Sunday and didn't wanna miss two in a row! Felt like giving up after 2 miles but didn't had the legendary @mandontherun79 on the mind, this guy ran who did the Brighton Ultra yesterday and did over 63 Miles, now that just awesome. Sponsoring him and his amazing cause is still possible..so managed to complete my 10 miles😂🐵👍☀️.
Then to top it off and make me smile like a Cheshire cat my youngest got player's player of the season at his team's awards this afternoon 😁😁😁. One of the pleasures of being a dad, which is a privilege.
