Thank you Lord for allowing me to see another birthday! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾Happy birthday to me! Last year I decided to treat myself with this photo shoot. A lot can happen in a year. I am not the same woman from these photos. I’ve grown so much since then and attribute my growth to seeking God and really leaning into who He created me to be. This is why I’m so passionate about encouraging you to find out who God called you to be because I know how knowing Him has changed me! The first EVER zumba master class I attended was when I was living in Miami, before I was even a ZIN. The host was @catmedinaa and the spotlight instructors were people I had never heard of at the time - Gina and Dahrio (😅 crazy right). 🔥 LONG POST/LOTS OF UPDATES 🔥 For those who couldn’t attend or had to leave early today! 🔥 NEXT WEEK, Jessica and I were invited to participate in a Breast Cancer Awareness Zumbathon at Onelife Ballston from 11-12:30 PM. We will each be teaching for half an hour along with Ariel, whose regular class we are joining. Dress code is PINK and BLACK. This event will be free to Onelife members and will cost a small fee for non-members. Charity is pending - I have made some recommendations to management, and I will let you know as soon as I do! 🔥 our Saturday 9AM class will occur as ALWAYS for those who can’t attend the zumbathon. Location: blue courts 🔥⭐️🔥 I HAVE FOUND US AN INDOOR HOME FOR THE WINTER. I have rented a studio at the BalletNova Center for Dance from December through March - on Carlin Springs Road, near the REI shopping center (we’ve decided this is still Arlington, guys!) Parking is plentiful and free. The studio is mirrored, spacious, and rigged with a sound system. Traffic should be virtually nonexistent at this time on Saturdays. ⭐️ Our first class will be on my birthday December 2nd, and will be a fundraising class for charity - 100% of all proceeds will go towards Hope for Grieving Families, which is a local organization with an important mission (more information to come from one of our OWN zumba students and Hope for Grieving Families rep, Tara). ⭐️ Class format will remain the same - I don’t want to charge to enable everyone to attend regardless of what’s going on in their lives.
