We ran out of our normal strawberry filling that we use for our Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecakes and purchased another type by the same brand. We noticed they were lighter, but unfortunately, we found out that when the cheesecake thaws, it doesn't have the same consistency or hold its shape. 😱 Questions you may have: ❓ What does this mean for you? Six months ago, we embarked on a unique journey of asking our fans to become ambassadors! Our ambassadors go to their store at least monthly (sometimes more often), straighten the shelves out, and let us know how many of each flavor we have. For their hard work, we pay them in cheesecake!! We started with 12 Ambassadors for our 13 locations and at the end of 6 months, we have 7 original ambassadors and 1 new one. We want to publicly thank them for all of their hard work these past 6 months!
