I also lent out a lump sum of money to my little brother for his car purchase so that means I have a little less than I anticipated at this stage. So, you know I’ve got the house on my mind 24/7 and I’ve been doing some price comparisons in the background for interior designers and I have learned that they are EXPENSIVE. I’ve gotten about 3 quotes in the last few weeks and £8,000 is the average. As much as I would love to splurge this amount to make the house look exquisite and have someone else do all the work, I just don’t think I can bring myself to spend this much. Friday 29th of September is when we complete 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 I literally cannot sleep or eat! There’s so much to do and I don’t even know where to start but I am super excited at the same time. In the last few days I’ve done the following: - Paid my solicitor fee balance (£1,200) - Sorted out home insurance (£350) - Decided on the beds and sofa for the house (£££ tbd) - Started packing (again 🤣) Anyway, wish me luck.
