I didn’t plan to do sound baths… When I started level 1 Sound Healing in 2023 I attended for my own healing. I needed relief from the dark cloud hanging over me since my dad passed away. It gave me four days of peace. Four days of focusing on myself and trying to make sense of what happened only 6 weeks before. After completing level 1 I knew I had to continue this journey and share with others what sound healing had given to me. We are all energy. We all go through ebbs and flows, and start to feel out of alignment and the sound helps bring balance back to our chakras. Sound healing is from the heart. The chakra that once blocked, blocks all other chakras. Attending a sound bath is giving you the space and time to feel. To be present in your body and allow yourself time to heal. I’ve had the pleasure of hosting three sound baths over the last week. All have been different and amazing bringing such positive feedback. I feel truly blessed to be able to hold space for people who choose to put themselves first and give themselves some rest and balance over the last week. A huge thank you to those who attended, for your kind words and trust in me to bring you something special. I am excited to have even more opportunities in 2024 to bring sound baths to retreats, within the community and to friends and family.
