This room is INCREDIBLE! Two nights ago we shifted resorts to experience something new. Disney’s Contemporary Resort opened in 1971 and was the first hotel for Walt Disney World. It’s located just steps away from the Magic Kingdom, offering a private walkway (with its own security checkpoint) entrance, as well as Monorail 🚝 service to both there and EPCOT. Changing resorts was easy - Bell Services 🧳transferred our luggage while we played in the parks all day. Using the Walt Disney World app📱allowed us to check in virtually so we went straight to our room - no need to stop at the front desk! Our newly renovated room offers so much space 🤗 with two queens plus a single convertible sofa to very comfortably accommodate 5 guests. And look at this fantastic 🛁 soaking tub! Great for Mom to relax in after a long day of walking and getting her family settled in. Off our balcony we have a gorgeous lagoon view 🐟 overlooking the extensive pool and activities offered for resort guests. And I just love the immersive theming! A little more about our stateroom. 🛏️ I’m staying in a Balcony Room overlooking the Surfside Neighborhood. We have our own private deck space with sitting area, view of the activities below, sunshine from above, and OceanView to the side out the rear of the ship.
