Hit a new pr in benchpress this weekend 🦾😂 @enduro_one in Rossbach is done and dusted (pun intended) … awesome tracks, warm weather, felt quite feisty and rode some stages and parts quite good… But it wouldn’t be an enduro race if there weren’t some adversities 😂 Struggled on some stages with my Pedals because I wasn’t used to a new system (that cost me some time) and at the end of the race I still felt that I wasn’t 💯 after my sickness in Trieb so there wasn’t much left in the tank for the last stages 😅 All in all pleased with my riding, time to get that ol body some recovery 😄 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 🧡RTF Bikeparts goes custom again!🧡 Lange habe ich mir die Zeit nicht genommen, um schöne, besondere und / oder technisch raffinierte Bikes zu bauen. Diesen Luxus möchte ich mir und Euch wieder gönnen und habe daher hier auf Basis eines NS Metropolis Cromo ein Dirtbike geschaffen, welches es so kein zweites Mal geben dürfte. Der Fokus lag bei dem Bike auf einer fairen Kostenstruktur, soliden Parts und einigen Highlights :) So wurde eine FOX 36 2022 umgebaut und auf 100mm Federweg reduziert. Die Kennlinie ist mittels Volume Spacer einstellbar (separat erhältlich) und bietet so eine perfekte Kennlinie für den Dirt und auch Pumptrack Einsatz. Nobel geht es an der Lenkzentrale weiter! Reverse Seismic Carbon Lenker, Black One D-2 Vorbau in chrome sowie fette Seismic Griffe geben Kontrolle und maximale Dämpfung von Schlägen. Gebremst wird mit der farblich zum Vorbau passenden Magura MT5 eStop 4-Kolben Bremse auf 160er Disc. Power satt! Für mindestens 3 Barspins in Folge wurde die Leitung bewusst lang gelassen. Auf Wunsch kürze ich sie aber natürlich gerne kostenlos auf Wunschmaß. Auch auf ordentliche Pedale wurde bei diesem Build wert gelegt: Die Reverse Black One Pedale sind mein Alltime Favorite und ein Garant für Grip, wenig Gewicht und schlanke Form bei satter Auflagefläche. So first Ride 2023 is in the Books.2022 war ich leider nicht so oft auf dem Rad oder habe allgemein wenig Sport gemacht.Das hat sich natürlich auch stark in der körperlichen Fitness bemerkbar gemacht.
