Trust :: It is one of the most precious things we can offer and ask for. Like a fermented food — it tastes better, more nutritious — over time. The poem speaks for itself, and the relating over trust. The emotional trust that I speak about is parallel to the trust required when negotiating. When I went to negotiation school a few years ago (epic epic exec program) it was the first time I examined just how fragile trust is. No technology can replace trust. Technology can help, bridge or create gaps in our trust. Today we are seeing the gaps more than anything else.
