Well, would you wanna fight me? You’re never going to believe this… . After my staff received the call from the vet to let them know about the results from my fine needle aspiration (FNA) test, they hung their hopes on the fact that there was a chance it could be the type of cancer that could be defeated by simply cutting it out - mass and clean margins. That was the best case scenario they were given. The FNA test was ambiguous as to the specific type of cancer it was, simply stating that it was most compatible with carcinoma/adenocarcinoma and that a biopsy would be required to find out more. Surgery was the next step, and every effort was then made to get me in as soon as possible to remove the mass, test it, and go from there. So when the Surgeon contacted Humom to tell her that he got the histopathology report back, and not only did he get clean margins - there was NO cancer, she promptly burst into tears and essentially used me as a giant Kleenex, sobbing into my fur. So it took her a hot second to go back and actually read the biopsy report… when Dr Sathya said there was no cancer, he didn’t mean that it was gone because he cut it out with clean margins - there was NO CANCER. Swipe to read the two reports for yourself #youcantmakethisshitup So I was fully prepared to #takecancerout in the first round - one punch, KO 💥🥊 But it turns out, cancer took one look at who it was dealing with and didn’t even get in the ring. How did this happen? I do not know. Is it possible the power of purrs and the collective #pawsitivevibes and #purrayers of the #coicommunity somehow purrformed a miracle? Was there a mix up in the lab? Was cancer legitimately too scared to take me on and bailed before I could publicly humiliate it with my catchy new hashtag #bunnykicktheshitoutofcancer? Who knows? I’m just gonna take the W and ask no further questions. We are all still trying to process what the hell happened, but one thing we are sure of is that we are eternally grateful to every single one of you for the #loveandsupport you’ve shown me and my staff over this past crazy week.
