If you love something, all you want to do is evolve it 👐🏼🧬💨⚡️ Banquet night- Last time seeing this team. A night to reflect on the season. 17-4, a trip to the quarter finals. A League MVP. 14 boys placed on the All-League team, 8 First Team, 6 Second Team. Dreams coming to life. We began the season with a team average speed of 18.09mph (10yrd flys). In 3 months we finished the season at 19.3mph, +1.2 improvement. Only 2 boys began the season in the 20mph club, we finished with 9 total. The program lifted in season for the first time ever. And in season numbers steadily climbed. No players missed any game time. We were healthy the entire season. An injury free season. Correlation or causation? My favorite part, We started a book club. The team voluntarily read books I gave them faster than they would for school. This was a special team. Relationships that will now last a life time. I’ll miss ballin with the boys! We may have come up short, but they laid a foundation that we get to build upon. So back to building we go. 👐🏼 #NextSznLoading
