From personal experience it is very rare that I get candid photos of me with my children, in fact the only time I get those are when I specifically ask my husband to take a picture! This is a great opportunity to get all those candid special moments with your children that you usually don’t get very often to begin with. These were taken on a very cold and very windy day Monday. Which resulted in a quick session with upset children! On the outside it may have looked like the whole session was a disaster and there were no good photos that came out of it. But that couldn’t be further from the truth! In the midst of chaos there were plenty of sweet moments captured a full gallery’s worth! This sweet mama apologized after the session and was worried there wouldn’t be any good photos after what looked like a chaotic session. This is what I want my future families to see and remember if things don’t go exactly as planned during your session. I can and will capture sweet moments regardless of how the session plays out! Please don’t worry about the session not going as planned. Do you ever have thoughts of burning your house down so you don’t have to keep up with it anymore? This has been my thought this morning! I get overwhelmed pretty easily and it’s not the house itself I want to burn but everything inside of it lol! When I start getting this feeling then I know it’s time to start decluttering! Right now our biggest problem area is clothes. We have way too many clothes than we can keep up with! This weekend my hope and goal is to get rid (at the very least) half of the clothes we own.
