Day 12: She's Got Legsπππ " #Machiasana C" Hey guys! So for me, it felt more natural when my hip was raised up. However, in the video I lowered it down to normal posture for a few seconds.. I hope you can see the transition because it was more difficult for me with my hip lowered- I lowered it twice just for practiceβΊοΈSo to my fellow truby newbees- if you want to..try it with the "hip raise" until we have built our practice to a more relaxed position.βΊοΈππππβ€οΈ
