Day 7: Stone Today's email stated that one of the biggest hurdles to using prompts is taking them literally. I plead guilty! 🙋♀️While you can take the prompt as a starting point and even deviate from it completely. Not easy for me. A while ago I bought the 'Stitch a Little Landscape' course from @k.j.turner and yesterday I finally had time to dye my first fabric scraps. It's fun to do! I have already translated a few of my photos into little fabric art pieces and I wanted to learn how to improve my limited skills. Elk jaar gaan we aan het eind van de zomer naar Vlieland, samen met de jongens en hun partners. Om een weekje te genieten van elkaar, niets moeten, buiten zijn en samen eten (maken). Zo ook afgelopen september. Het was een week met wisselvallig en soms stormachtig weer, met weinig mooie zonsondergangen. De laatste avond had ik geluk. Ik bracht nog even wat naar boven en ineens zag ik een heel klein streepje rozerood onder de wolken uitpiepen. Echt vlak voor de zon verdwenen was ben ik het duin opgerend om deze foto te maken.
