Das Team WRT wird beide Rennen des Fanatec GT Europe Sprint Cups in Misano von der Pole Position aus starten. Der #46 BMW von Maxime Martin führt das Feld beim ersten Rennen an, während das Schwesterauto #32 von Charles Weerts beim zweiten Rennen am Samstag im Vorteil ist. Es war keine Überraschung, die belgische Mannschaft an der Spitze des Feldes zu sehen, nachdem ihr Dreiergespann im Freien Training und im Pre-Qualifying konstant schnell war. Texas has welcome SRO America with open arms with the Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS, GT America powered by AWS and GT4 America highlighting the action at COTA. GT4 America will host their first ever 3 hour Endurance race on Saturday and as such, I'll cover it! 🔸️GTWC America Friday as is tradition was practice day, FP1 and FP2 were held, with the best times being achieved in FP1. The Pro-Am duo of Philip Ellis/Jeff Burton (2:04.219) in the No.91 Regulator Racing AMG set the best time of the day, followed by the No.120 Wright Motorsports GT3 R of Adam Adelson/Elliott Skeer and from FP2, the session leading No.29 Turner Motorsport M4 of Justin Rothberg/Robby Foley with the No.38 ST Racing M4 and No.85 RS1 Porsche also setting competitive laps. 🔸️GT America GT America would also have two practice sessions, in which the No.04 Crowdstrike by Riley's George Kurtz (2:05.804) was the fastest driver and car of the day, with the No.27 CRP Racing's Jason Daskalos and No.29 Turner Motorsport M4 of Justin Rothberg not too far behind in pace. Suite du championnat de la @victory_drift sur les terres texanes au Circuit Of The America. @harikkonen, qualifié 10ème, prend un bon départ sans perdre de positions. Suite à de belles batailles et quelques erreurs de ses adversaires, il finira la course à une jolie 6ème place. @neiykoo, qualifié 12ème, se voit accroché dans le premier virage et repartira avant dernier et quelques dégâts. Mais il n'a rien lâché et est remonté petit à petit jusqu'à la 15ème place. @a.blandin45, qualifié 18ème, a su éviter l'accrochage du premier tour. Mais quelques virages plus loin, il se voit heurté l'envoyant dans le mur. Il repart alors dans le fond du classement. Il continuera de bataillé avec sa McLaren endommagé. Mais le moral en a pris un coup et à 30 minutes de la vie, il préfèrera laisser la voiture au garage.
