A lot effort preparing the prawn broth, great success in it. With freshest prawns and other ingredients add into. Prawn soup are superb tasty. A great taste for the local fried hokkien prawn noodles. Hokkien Mee (S$8.80) which came with a yellow mee-thick bee hoon combo served with small pieces of sotong, large prawns, crispy pork lard plus pork belly. On @bancone.pasta’s previous menu — Roasted pumpkin ravioli, oyster mushroom, sage brown butter 🎃 Ravioli is probably one of my favourite pasta types and I had very high hopes for this, but was left slightly disappointed with the too al dente and thick pasta, could barely taste the pumpkin filling 😢 (maybe it’s just because my expectations were just too high) Nevertheless the sage brown butter was the saving grace. Maybe will stick to their classics next time 😝
One of the best ramen I have ever eat in Bali is the Hakata Ikkousha Ramen! 🍜 I ordered Aka Ramen for lunch, a spicy thick broth ramen with thin noodles and slices of pork Charsiu, plus chives and I thnk it was Japanese spinach too. The taste of salty, spicy from chili oil in the broth, and the savory of the whole ramen is really mouth watering. Although there was no hard-boiled egg as topping, but the whole taste was delicious and fulfilling enough. For one Aka Ramen and one Ice Tea is cost around 90k before tax. Denn auch wenn jetzt die Vorspeisen und die Beilagen nicht die raffiniertesten sind und es bestimmt zig Läden gibt, die ein noch dryer gedryagetes Wagyu aus Nordwestusbekistan mit einem Cut, der nur noch von taubstummen Shaolinmönchen gelernt wird, anbieten, schlägt schon wenig das Gefühl, wenn man das Delta Bistro durch die Tore des Fleischgroßmarkts betritt, und sich quasi neben den Kühlhäusern eine Welt der gestärkten Tischdecken und bewesteten Kellner öffnet. Wer da beim Hinsetzen seinem Gegenüber kein „Toni, du hast die Ehre der Familie beschmutzt!“ entgegenwirft, dem empfehle ich dringendst eine Woche Krankschreibung und die DVD-Boxen von „Der Pate“ und „Goodfellas“. . Le rose più buone che preferiscono in questa casa🌹🏡 @giallozafferano cit. La TORTA DELLE ROSE è un dolce tipico della tradizione culinaria mantovana. Le sue origini storiche risalgono alla fine del XV secolo, la torta delle rose fu infatti creata in occasione delle nozze tra Francesco II di Gonzaga e Isabella D’Este, fu talmente apprezzata da tutti i signori dell’epoca che da quel momento entrò a far parte della cultura gastronomica mantovana e ancora oggi è riproposta secondo l’antica ricetta. È realizzata con una pasta brioche lievitata, arricchita da una ricca farcitura di burro e zucchero, che viene arrotolata assumendo la caratteristica forma di un cesto di boccioli di rose che dà il nome a questo gustoso dolce.
