A shoutout to @pooleaudiuk @the_boat_club @nusarathai and @midasprosecco for the best day going! When Poole Audi said it was going to be a day of luxury on land and water I didn’t think they actually meant it! We met at Parkstone Marina which is home to The Boat Club and spent a few hours lapping up the sun, learning about what makes The Boat Club unique and its incredible fleet of boats, accompanied with Midas Prosecco, teas and coffees, and delicious pastries from South Deep. From there we got into one of the boats and began the journey to Poole Quay to enjoy lunch at Nusara Thai Fire Kitchen, which included a talk and tasting from the wonderful Midas Prosecco team which was fab! Used to play with intricate egg dying on Easter with my kids when they were little. Kids now teens, I have time to play in the studio again with new surfaces. These came from the smoke kiln with soluble salts. I think they’ll be our centrepiece for Easter dinner instead of eggs this year.
