Do not let the online menu fool you! There are so many gluten-free options here! Every sauce is GF, as are the bases and proteins! You can also add other proteins and sauces on the side! I had to try a few things - and they have lids and bags to take the rest home for later. The paneer was soft and nicely seasoned. The saag was sheer perfection! The tandoori chicken was cooked perfectly, and the korma sauce was so good I could have drank it! Speaking of drinks, get here fast for the spiced chai! What would I change? Put the rice under the entire bowl with the toppings over it. Bring a GF naan option and a GF dessert. I’m one happy girl right now!
