The driver of the Porsche was located on the right shoulder of NB HWY 1 near Park Ave. A CHP Officer contacted the driver and conducted a DUI investigation, determining they were driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drug(s). At approximately 9:30am today, near Buxton, troopers cited the driver of this 2006 International for driving under the influence at nearly 2-4x the legal limit = .15.
