🩷 Community Service 💜 Last week, our undergraduate sister Andrea “M.I.R.E.L.L.A.” (SP’23) and neophyte Andreina “L.I.R.Y.A.” (SP’24) volunteered at the Community Foodbank of New Jersey in Hillside, NJ. 💕 Sisters volunteered with members of RU Office of Off-Campus Living & Community Partnerships and helped package over 500 bags of pasta. These bags are then distributed to foodbanks across the state. Since 1964, American Heart Month has been recognized by millions of Americans every year. According to the American Heart Associafion, heart disease is the #1 killer of Americans every year. By taking preventative measures everyday to protect your health, you can reduce your risk of contracting heart disease. ♥️ This month, our undergraduate sisters wore red in support of National Red Day and to spread awareness heart disease. Our sisters also hosted a tabling event on February 8, where we tested people’s knowledge of heart disease and other wellness tips.
