💪❤️🌻🦋I've spent more months than I can count, out of the gym....and without intentional exercise. I feel the changes, but the scale remains within an acceptable range. Yesterday while dad was at work, gampa went out with Pika on another nature filled Pikaventure. Some of these places were visited almost exactly a year ago. So much fun to see them again. There sure has been a bunch of water recently; so into the woods we go to see what has come from all the rain! We found the Coquelin run, a tributary to Rock Creek. It sure looks rather full now with a bit of rushing water. What's next? The very ornately carved house on a stump. How long did this take? It looks so beautiful. Welp, we seem to have hit a fence... oh wait, look. It's construction for the future Metro Purple Line. It's coming along nicely. It'll be interesting to see when it's finished. What a fun Friday outing with gampa. Where might we explore next while dad is elsewhere?
