Canon City Blossom Festival is a 2 day show. I set up on Friday and it ends on Sunday, so I make 3 trips out there. This was my 5th year here and it is always an adventure. A vendor had a case of moldevite jewelry, which is rare to find. Did I get one? Nope, had to get 2. I met a Colorado Mountain dog. I had no idea this was an actual breed of dog. Saw some of my favorite vendors and customers; some I only see once a year. Missed the snow storm from last weekend and indeed missed the crazy winds that started 10 minutes after I took my tent down 💨 ⛺️ and are still blowing at over 50 mph today. Beyond grateful for my husband (that held the fort down), my kid (that helped me set up on Friday), my loyal customers, my vendor family, the organizers for this event, all the people I “buttered” up, and the mild weather!!! Thank you! By far, one of my most challenging but most fun shows.
