Behind every music label there is a story, behind every story there are people, behind every person there is passion & vision. It only took a few minutes for @castrin_ and @djaaronchase to acknowledge the love they share for musical related tools when first meeting. From drum machines, synthesizers, midi controllers, mixing consoles, music software, to even finding out they’ve both owned and played full drum sets and synthesizer workstations. Endless conversations and musical ideas that started getting deeper into music production, realizing the work flow and balance both produced working on music projects, soon resulting in both helping kick start a new movement in Chicago’s electronic dance music. A record label. Now with almost 20 releases they’ve managed from mixing, mastering, scheduling, organizing & directing both felt it was only right to release new music they’ve individually worked on, in one EP.
